Return Policy

At Red Letter Day, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. That is why we offer an easy return process.

You can return any items once received, with the exception of Sale items, by using our return process outlined below.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt of products from Redletterdaylifestyle.com only. 

We cannot accept returns of Red Letter Day products purchased from other locations. Items purchased from a Red Letter Day retail partner or other location other than redletterdaylifestyle.com or directly from juju salon & organics in Philadelphia, must be returned there.

Returns will not be accepted without a receipt & order number. In addition, the returned product must be 3/4 full.  We are unable to accept used skin & bodycare products after that period. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. Please email us a photo of the damaged item to Hello@Redletterdaylifestyle.com

Please note: our sustainable & recyclable aluminum bottles have been known to dent now and then in transit.  This is the nature of this particular earth-friendly packaging.  We will not honor a return if there is a small dent or two. 

Samples & free gifts with purchase are not returnable. All sales are final on travel and mini size products. If you receive a promotional item with purchase, you will be charged for these promotional items if you return the qualifying item. We cannot accept returns from outside of the US. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Red Letter Day does offer price adjustments on purchases made within 7 days before a markdown or sale. 

All Sale Items are FINAL SALE!  NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. NO Exceptions.

 

For Returns:

To return an item, please email hello@redletterday.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain the return address.

Once the return address has been shared, please repack the item in its original packaging with the original packing slip (if possible) and ship via an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

Once your order is received, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 5 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. 

We cannot honor exchanges.
