Sodium Hyaluronate
Sodium Hyaluronate is the salt form of Hyaluronic Acid and is synthetically derived from wheat fermentation.
It is used as a humectant in personal care products because it can retain water and can create a plumping effect for the skin and hair. Since it has a low molecular weight, it is easily absorbed and can deliver much needed moisture to the hair, improve its texture, add shine and luster and increase elasticity.
